Please join Maine Primary Care Association in kicking off National Health Center Week by joining us for a webinar recognizing the incredible work Maine’s 20 Community Health Centers (CHCs) are doing across the state. Maine’s CHCs, the largest independent primary care network in the state, provide vital primary and preventive medical, behavioral health and dental services to over 200,000 people or 1in 6 Mainers. With roots in the Civil Rights Movement, CHCs have become leading pillars of Maine’s communities and health system, specializing in whole-person care. In this webinar, you will hear about the unique CHC model and learn first-hand the amazing work Maine’s CHCs do each day as we show a brief documentary about our CHC network entitled, “A Secret No More.”
