CHCNet Health Centers: Provider Satisfaction Survey for Clinical Staff (Survey Closes)

Survey Open from May 25th-June 11th, 2021
MPCA and Health Information (HIC) developed a provider satisfaction survey tool to focus on primary care teams’ experience when using health information technology. Responses will be anonymous. CHCNet will use the information captured to guide strategies to improve clinicians’ satisfaction with health technology, set priorities as we recover from COVID pandemic, and inform workforce retention and recruitment efforts.
