Lead by Rachel Tobey, a leading national expert on payment reform among health centers and the Director of the Delta Center for a Thriving Safety Net, and Gary Weiskopf, Associate Commissioner of the Division of Managed Care at the New York State Office of Mental Health, this webinar will provide a framework for understanding the movement to payment reform among primary care and behavioral health providers.
