FQHC Operations Affinity Group (In-Person)

MPCA intends to reinvigorate the COO Affinity Group. Incorporating health center requests, input from Board Listening Sessions, as well as other input, we intend to make this group focused on Health Center Operations. What this means is that it does not have to be COOs only. Rather, we will approach the group from a general health center operations standpoint. This may include COOs, Operations Directors, Practice Managers, etc. The fine details have yet to be worked out, and we need you to help fill in those gaps.

There is no fee for this workshop.

Target Audience: FQHC operations and other HC staff as they deem appropriate per topics being discussed
