This month’s meeting is a two-part webinar:

Part 1: 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM – FQHC Operations Affinity Group – MEMBERS ONLY.

Part 2: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM – Support staff from 1-3 health centers will discuss their process for collecting co-pay and balance due. This part of the webinar is open to any staff member at the health center level involved in collecting money from the patient.

Target Audience: Any staff member at the health center level that is involved with collecting co-pay and balance due from the patient.
