Cybersecurity within healthcare settings is a growing concern. The tools that you use to help provide your patients with the best care may also be the tools that can lead to patient safety risks. Join MPCA’s Health Center Controlled Network (HCCN) – Community Health Center Network of Maine (CHCNet) – and the MePCA Patient Safety Organization (MePSO) as they host a session with Emergency Care Research Institute (ECRI), to explore the risks of healthcare technology and cybersecurity and how that can translate into patient safety concerns.

Juuso Leinonen, Principal Project Engineer at ECRI will explore best practices when using healthcare technologies to reduce disruptions to patients care and operations within a health care setting.

Target Audience: All staff including clinical, non-clinical, IT, C-suite.
