The 9th annual Patient Safety Academy is open to anyone interested or engaged in patient safety activities. Join colleagues and meet new friends in this day-long interdisciplinary event.
Workshops will provide interactive and hands-on skill-building lessons in the areas of infection prevention, patient safety culture, lean management and team building, end-of-life conversations, and much more!
We will again honor patient safety leaders with the Rising Tide Award. Submit your nomination here
