Planning & Preparation: Laying the Groundwork for Recruitment Success
As recruiting tools such as National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Programs become more competitive, it is more important than ever to find innovative ways to recruit talented providers and then keep them for many years to come.
This is an opportunity for you and/or other members of your team to learn from national experts in the field of recruitment and retention in rural and underserved areas. Since participants will be hearing from a variety of speakers and have the opportunity to interact with other attendees from across the county, we feel the Academy will be valuable even for those that were able to attend the in-person workshop that we held in Augusta on September 12th or participated in last year’s 3RNet Academy.
The Academy will start on October 8th and end on December 17th. Participants may attend the live sessions and have the opportunity to ask questions or, participants may view the recorded sessions whenever it is convenient for them.
Due to Rural Health and Primary Care’s sponsorship, the Academy is free to all employed in health care facilities in rural and underserved areas in Maine. Just enter coupon code MaineRHPCP during checkout: https://academy.3rnet.org/register.html
