Please plan to join us for our FREE 3-part Lunch and Learn Series, Trauma-Informed Care 101, presented by Becky Lambert, Behavioral Health Program Manager at MPCA.

The Trauma-Informed Care Foundations Sessionwill include the types of traumas and the impact it has on health and wellness. Trauma-Informed concepts and the guiding principles will also be discussed.

The Trauma-Informed Organization Session will dive into the impact that trauma has at an organizational level and how the culture within an organization can impact its mission and success. Participants will also walk away with an understanding of the trauma-informed organizational model.

The Trauma-Informed Model & Strategies Sessionwill entail detailed trauma-informed concepts and strategies and review the organizational self-assessment tool. The Trauma-Informed Care Echo Learning Collaborative will be introduced in greater detail including the Change Package and what is needed to do this work—OSA, internal change team (components).
