Penobscot Community Health Care is seeking a Board-certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a large, established outpatient practice at Seaport Community Health Center in Belfast Maine. The Practice plays a vital role in ensuring access to truly integrated primary health care services for all in the region.
The position is planned for full-time 40 hour week, with 32 patient contact hours. Primarily practice-based in Belfast, with some remote work by telehealth possible.

We offer a wide range of services including family medicine, dental, pediatrics, geriatrics, mental health and substance abuse, specialty services, pharmacy and both shelter and healthcare for the homeless.
