Ashley supports agency operations, especially as it relates to program and project management, as well as program integration that supports overall achievement of efficiencies, effectiveness, and synchronicity of services. She oversees the implementation of federal grant/contract funded programs, agency activities, and assists leadership and other staff with required funder reporting. Ashley also leads MPCA’s Health Center Controlled Network (HCCN) program, CHCNet Maine. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences from the University of Southern Maine, and a Master’s in Health Administration from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine. Ashley's primary roles are Agency Operations, Program and Organizational Development, and Quality Improvement and Health Information Technology Initiatives.
