Kristen Tounzen, MPH

Kristen brings to her position 11 years of medical experience as a laboratory technician as well as several years of experience working in public health. Throughout her school career she has obtained degrees in Public Health, Criminal Justice, Medical Laboratory Science and Pre-medical Biology, the most recent of which was a Master’s in Public Health, from the University of New England. As part of the MPCA team, Kristen’s main focus is working on several grants and programs, including the Colorectal Cancer Screening grant, the BOLD grant and PSO program, amongst other work. Kristen lives in Waterville with her husband Noah and they enjoy traveling, hiking and spending time with their pets.
