Whether you’re new to supervision or have years of experience\, this series offers tools\, reflective practices\, and strengths-based tools to support ongoing growth and comfort with supervision. \nOnce registered for a session\, you will receive a confirmation email with Zoom access details and a calendar hold for that specific date. While we recommend attending all three sessions\, participation in every session is not required. \n\nFoundations of Strengths-Based Supervision\nSeptember 10\, 12:00 -1:00 pm \nParticipants will learn: \n\nCore Concepts of a strengths-based model of supervision -Setting and reinforcing expectations\nBuilding trust and psychological safety\nFeedback using a strengths perspective\n\n\nStrategies for Navigating Burnout\, Wellness\, and Focusing on Resiliency-Informed Supervision\nSeptember 24\, 12:00 – 1:45pm \nParticipants will learn how to: \n\nApply trauma and resiliency-informed principles to navigate conflict or misalignment\nIdentify signs of burnout in selves and team members; apply practical skills for self-regulation and for navigating interpersonal challenges.\nUse strategies to restore trust and relationship after tension or miscommunication\nBalance leadership expectations with personal boundaries and well-being in high-stress settings\n\n\nFostering a Culture of Growth & Learning\nOctober 8\, 12:00 – 1:00pm \nParticipants will learn: \n\nCoaching techniques for everyday use\nFeedback that motivates and guides\nFostering professional development\n\n\nMeet Your Facilitator\nHillary Colcord is the Chief of Culture at MPCA\, where she focuses on organizational culture and wellness\, as well as member-facing presentations on workplace safety and staff resilience. Hillary has been with MPCA since 2019 and brings extensive experience working in low-barrier settings with people experiencing chronic homelessness\, providing front-line services as well as developing programs and strategies to support staff in meeting complex community needs. Hillary holds a B.A. in Sociology from Suffolk University\, and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of New England. \n  \nQuestions?
