SUMMARY:Annual State/Territory-Based 2026 Uniform Data System (UDS) Training
DESCRIPTION:Quick Links:\nRegistration \nThis year’s annual UDS training will be conducted virtually as described below. Participants should plan to attend all sessions for a full and comprehensive understanding of the complete UDS report. \nAttendees will:\n• Gain an understanding of reporting the UDS including: the patient profile\, reporting clinical services and quality of care indicators\, operational and financial tables\, and other required UDS reporting forms.\n• Learn about the new requirements included in 2026 reporting.\n• Learn tips for success including strategies for submission.\n• Receive valuable resources that provide further reporting guidance. \nPresenter:\nLisa Anne Schamus\, M.P.H.\, a Principal at JSI\, brings over three decades of expertise to the fields of public health data analysis\, program evaluation\, and quality improvement. Throughout her career\, she has specialized in diagnosing structural training gaps and guiding healthcare organizations through data-driven program improvement. Her background includes creating training materials\, standardizing protocols\, and informing public health policies for major federal and statei nitiatives. Prior to her current work\, she served as the Title X Team Lead for the OPA-funded Reproductive Health National Training Center (RHNTC). In this role\, she managed a team of 14 individuals dedicated to developing and delivering comprehensive training and technical assistance frameworks to Title X-funded agencies across the nation. \nCurrently\, in her role with the HRSA-funded Alliance for Innovation on Maternal Health (AIM) Technical Assistance Center\, Ms. Schamus serves as both a Technical Assistance and Data Specialist\, providing support to entities implementing maternal patient safety bundles. She is also a UDS reviewer and contributes to the development of the annual UDS Manual and other UDS resources\, the training webinar series and State Based Annual UDS training for Primary Care Associations(PCAs). \nTarget Audience:\nAll health center staff involved in annual UDS reporting. \nFor more information\, contact Megan Cross: mcross@mepca.org or (207) 707-5112.
