DESCRIPTION:Quick Links:\nRegistration \nThis timely and informative training will provide health center staff with practical tools to prevent\, de-escalate\, and respond to conflict in the workplace. Grounded in person-centered principles\, the session will explore strategies for recognizing early warning signs\, safely interrupting escalating behavior\, and maintaining professional boundaries in high-stress situations.
