Dental Hygienist

Islands Community Medical Services (ICMS) is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing dental practice for 2-3 days a week. Located in the Penobscot Bay on Vinalhaven Island, ICMS is a Federally Qualified Health Center offering a variety of clinical services, to the community’s year-round and seasonal residents. Applicants will have a license to practice dental hygiene in the State of Maine without restrictions. The ideal candidate will have the interest and ability to provide high quality compassionate patient care, a willingness to work as part of a team and the flexibility to meet the challenges and reap the rewards of working on an unbridged island. A generous compensation package is available for the right candidate as is the ability to apply for student loan repayment through Finance Authority of Maine and the National Health Service Corps.
