We have an exciting, mission-based opportunity in a beautiful Maine community close to the coast. PCHC invites you to become part of one of the most inventive FQHCs in the country. The Therapist provides assessments and counseling for all age groups, modeling a psychosocial multi-disciplinary integrated approach to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Previous experience in Recovery/SUD work preferred.
- Comfort working with patients with dual diagnosis
- Able and willing to facilitate SUD groups
- Familiarity working in a primary care model, where one must be flexible and open to interruptions and even warm hand-offs/quick consults
- Experience in using trauma-informed care models

All externally hired LCSW/LCPC/LMFT’s will receive a sign-on/retention bonus ranging from $5,000 to $15,000, depending on prior experience!
The position is planned for full-time 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
