Join us for an insightful presentation by HITEQ as we explore the information blocking provisions of the 21st Century Cures Act and their unique implications for school-based health centers (SBHCs).

Attendees will learn about the core requirements of the information blocking rule, how to identify and properly implement exceptions, and strategies for balancing compliance with the unique considerations of providing healthcare in educational settings. The session will address practical challenges SBHCs face when sharing electronic health information while maintaining appropriate protections for minor patients and coordinating care across educational and healthcare systems.
