Using and Understanding Your Data Profile Dashboard

When planning for recruitment and retention, using data to inform strategy is key. The Association of Clinicians for the Underserved (ACU) created an individualized recruitment and retention Data Profile platform, a free resource supported by funding from the Bureau of Primary Health Care. Using national data, ACU has developed Data Profile Dashboards for each Health Center Program grantee, FQHC Look Alike, and Primary Care Association focused on key data points that relate to health center workforce recruitment and retention.
Join us as Helen Rhea Vernier, MSc, Training Specialist with ACU and Alex Rohlwing, NA, EMT-P, Training Specialist with ACU’s Star2 Center, review how to access and navigate the Data Profile Dashboards created by the STAR2 Center, in partnership with John Snow, Inc. (JSI). Participants will learn how the data is presented in the new Tableau interactive format, how to use this program to view and compare their health center data with state, regional, and national metrics, and how to understand and use this data in the context of their health centers’ workforce needs.
